Season maybe over for some of you but there is still some people snapping

My only plan is FA Vase final at Wembley then no more football until July

Heavy Woolen Cricket Cup, Gomersal v Spen 13.00, an hour here then dash over to Halifax for.................
RL Challenge Cup: Halifax v Bradford Bulls 15.15 good chance of stuff into the nationals with this one as Brian "Nobby" Noble is in talks with Fax regarding a coaching role so he should be at the game.

Wednesday: RL Student Final at Stanningley, 19.00
 
Wednesday : Warwickshire-Lancashire (cricket)
Wednesday : Everton - Birmingham City (WSL)
Thursday : Warwickshire-Lancashire (cricket)
Friday : Warwickshire-Lancashire (cricket)

Take no notice of nobby being linked, he is with every one at the min including Widnes and Salford. He will be there regardless I'd imagine as part of the beebs commentary team

:thumbs: I'm working at edgbaston on the new stadium , what happened to warwickshire today ....shocking .......oh not that i'm watching ;)

Plenty of wickets there today... before tea it was a wicket-feast really.

But - with the weather that's coming our way.. this game will be a draw unless one of the teams manages to win it tomorrow!

By the way - Edgbaston is the worst place to photograph cricket at the moment.. construction work is taking half of the stadium away and during the morning your only option is to shoot into the sun..
Also - only getting 'side-view' to the photos.. which is a bit annoying..

And by the way - you construction people were watching the game quite a lot today.. no wonder it's taking so long to complete it ;-)

(Give me a wave during the next days.. I'll be sitting on the left (looking from your end) at the bottoms rows..

Confirmed what though, BBC sport still saying "there's a chance" and Halifax still denying it. Personally think he would be daft to take a championship team on, unless of course they get the July nod. Especially when Salford and Widnes are looking for super league coaches. We will wait and see.

Weather is looking ok for today , but as you say a likely draw.

I spend most of my day trying to stop them watching , in two days have so far issued 3 verbal and 2 written warnings to people I repeatedly catch .
Let's hope today is a better day .

I'll keep a look out for you . :)

Nobby confirmed that he is in talks with them over a coaching consultancy role, funny how its gone quiet on all fronts this morning, i personally think Halifax wanted this top secret but just wrongly assumed Nobby would do the same, seems like a lack of communication between both parties.

I hope fax get the nod but not at the expense of another Yorkshire club, more work for me. :D

How about I start snapping pictures of the 'lounging' workers - you can then reprimand them later :-) .. I think only two visible at the moment.

Not bad weather - cloudy but still warm..

Good idea, that would really confuse them if I had pictures from the opposite stand :).
I've not managed to get out the office today so I have no idea what they are doing , I think its time for a walk around .

I bet it was you pointing at the two lazy workers to get back to work.. I saw someone 'important looking' waving their hands from the top-tier...
Just give me a shout next week and I'll get the guilty culprits on camera..

I knew I should have snapped a picture of that.. DAMN!
Those two really did seem to enjoy their cricket.. sat there at least 15 minutes or so..

Same next week Wednesday to Saturday (against Worcestershire)

(by the way - this going way OOT in this thread... sorry!!)
 
Exciting start for me tomorrow? Got to cover a scarecrow competition first, then get to a cricket match for a few action shots at Aberdare, then shoot off to a charity rugby match about 30 mins drive away where a few ex Welsh internationals are playing. Joy :bang:
