Have recently been listening to a band called Public Service Broadcasting. They sample old PSB's and add music. Pretty simple formula, but they do it very well. The War Rooms EP is a great listen.

Billy Joel - New York State of mind....with a twist. Doing a Q&A session at Vanderbilt Uni and an audience member asks if he can accompany him on the song...and he nails it, big time. Awesome stuff.
