what would the white balance setting be inside with no lights just windows?

Shoot in Raw and you'll be able to do it on the computer 
But you'll also find that each option adds a slight difference in colour, have a go through all of the settings and decide which you feel is best. Unfortunately I'm a Canon bloke so I can't help with the icons etc

If your shooting raw I would use auto white balance and correct, if necessary, in pp. Alternatively if your anal about these things I would use a custom white balance, there usually easy to setup dependent on your camera.

if you are shooting jpeg probably shade , or maybe cloudy (cloudy will be warmer in tone)

It would vary, depending on the time of day, time of year and weather. But basically whatever it is outside with a consideration for any colour cast from the walls / floor / furniture indoors.
If you need it accurate, measure it or shoot RAW (or measure it and shoot Raw).
