Yes
Looking for a white balance setting inside with just natural light from windows , would it be the shadow icon one please?

Shoot in Raw and you'll be able to do it on the computer :)
But you'll also find that each option adds a slight difference in colour, have a go through all of the settings and decide which you feel is best. Unfortunately I'm a Canon bloke so I can't help with the icons etc :D

If your shooting raw I would use auto white balance and correct, if necessary, in pp. Alternatively if your anal about these things :) I would use a custom white balance, there usually easy to setup dependent on your camera.

if you are shooting jpeg probably shade , or maybe cloudy (cloudy will be warmer in tone)

It would vary, depending on the time of day, time of year and weather. But basically whatever it is outside with a consideration for any colour cast from the walls / floor / furniture indoors.

If you need it accurate, measure it or shoot RAW (or measure it and shoot Raw).
