What tripod for D90 Gripped and 70-300 lens

This would be the heaviest my D90 camera would be, what tripod would you recommend and what heads to go with it, landscape is what i like doing best at moment but want a tripod and head that will allow for more.

Also looking for a monopod, a do abit of working up and down hills/mountains when i can to get so landscape shoots, so what do you recommend in this department aswell please.
