What the hell... Big BrotherS?

You get paid for watching over the internets?

Oh yes, you get points for alerting, the more points you get the higher you'll be in the league.
There are delightfully peverted details like the fact that you get 2 points for successfull detection, 1 point for denouncing "in good faith" even if a crime is not comitted, and zero points if alert is incorrect. Notice no points taken for incorrect alerts.
You care allowed 3 alerts per month, but you can purchase and increase in your alerts allowance.

Despite this:
"Internet Eyes does not consider its service is creating a “snoopers paradise”, “snitching” “a game” or “gambling” and will ensure effective measures are in place to prevent this."

Right...

And photographers practicing their hobbie on the street are perverts, but there is nothing perverted about a society so fragile and mentally convoluted to allow this.

more than a little twisted IMHO...

It's all well and good being somewhere, seeing it with your own eyes and taking a picture of it

it's all good to record CCTV IMHO on private property (I don't agree with all open public spaces, but nevermind) but to broadcast live streaming CCTV online, for the whole world.....mmm, I forsee some gory stuff on the likes of youtube

Am I the only one who is actually slightly tempted to sign up, just to see what it shows me? :p

Can't imagine a evening more well spent than watching people being served in some un-named takeaway somewhere.....ooo anyone know if lap dancing bars have CCTV? This might not be too bad after all :D

Pop inurl:"ViewerFrame?Mode=" into google:) no need to sign up to be a snoop.

Wouldn't this be the most boring thing in the world? Watching some corner shop serve the old people their paper, bread and milk.

Unless Ive got the wrong end of the stick?

James

thats actually kinda sensible (potential civil liberty issues aside) as loads of people have cctv no one watches and loads of people have nowt to do, put the two together and suddenly cctv networks become a lot more purposeful as people are actually watching them
