What sports on Sundays - Options?

Ice hockey I am contracted to do for local paper but not getting much out of the others... what sport do you photograph on a Sunday?

Occasionally Basketball falls on a Sunday for me.

Think the closest team to you in the BBL is the Everton Tigers.

I think there is Manchester Magic in the EBL and Manchester Mystics (ladies).

is everton tigers as in merseyside like everton? I am closer to manchester.. will google them all in a bit when i get these ice hockey pics processed am in middle of... one of them cant be bothered processing days

motocross i tried and got some good pics but not much interest... hmm karts...

Assuming you're speaking about sales potential I did/do better with karts than I do with motocross. Quads are also better than motocross, presumably because less togs attend.

Most equestrian events are reasonable, dog shows are another.

Yeagh i did quite well at a mini dog show at an agricultural event and was asked to do more for them.. was a couple of yrs ago..

motocross clubs near me.. lots of it going on. but they have photographers who sell pics for less than i do. and everyone says i am cheap.

just rememberd.. To answer my own question and if anyone else is interested.. Stock car and bager racing .. i did warton nr carnforth a couple of times.. the layout is such that you get unrestricted (no fenciong) view of the track so great to photograph... However loads of photographers have all that sewn up a swell.

As a money spinner not sure. There's plenty of Sunday league football, but I can't see many teams parting with the after match beer money.

Yeagh I tried sunday morning football.. thought a normal bloke would love a proper action shot of himself playing footy.... tried it for a long time to get noticed.. regular... but was a dead flop
