Got Doncaster v Swinton tomorrow... Just a shame I'm knackered from my nights.. :(

Just done a local league football match

Local league cricket final

Colne blues festival

SAT
Junior football tournament (80 teams) 10am then accrington stanley at home 3pm then more colne blues fest in evening

SUN
Charity shield football final 11am followed by lancs league cricket 1pm

BH MON
EVO STIK League football then evening Lancashire u21 t20 cricket

TUE
Burnley v preston carling cup

WED
Accy v Cardiff carling cup


and on and on :)
 
Just the one match for me this week, Dewsbury Rams vs Doncaster on Thursday.

Chris,
I can honestly say me or my gear have never been as wet as I was @ Wembley:(. I was wringing the water from my camera straps:D. Huge kudos to Nikons weatherproofing:thumbs:
 
I got soaked at the Charlton U18s match. Was umming and erring whether to go to the senior match at The Valley or go and watch husband in rugby match. I chose the latter and got more drenched but glad I didn't go to Charlton. Abandoned at half time. Rob got some cracking shots though.

Hi Kelly, best decision I think!, I didn't know rain drops came in super size:shake:. I blagged a poncho from a steward for the laptop but it still got wet!. Wembley's "semi" closing roof is an absalute joke!, it just guides all the roof rain from supporters onto the photographers:razz:. crappiest design ever
 
THIS WEEK (as I think the title could be 'this week')

Keeping myself busy this week - still haven't had any time to go to a Premier League/Championship/League One game.. which is just as well.

Tuesday : Finland training (WU19 Euro2013 in WAles)

Wednesday : Finland-England (WU19 semi-final), Carmarthen

Thursday : Spain-Team GB (Basketball Euro warm-up) Zaragoza, Spain

Friday : WU19 training (Finland or England)

Saturday : WU19 Euro2013 Final - Parc Y Scarlets

Sunday : Birmingham City Ladies - Lincoln (FA WSL) Stratford-Upon-Avon

Monday : Team Finland (training EuroBasket) Koper, Slovenia
 
I've got Doncaster vs York on Wednesday night, then Doncaster vs Sheffield on Sunday afternoon.. :D

That were me, after match, was running because LE said they had an 8.15 deadline but John submitted his front cover pic at 9pm, never running again, waste of time.

Someone couldn't get a single photo out using the 3 network when tethering so spat dummy out and started throwing himself about like a baby, was funny really especially when i held up my laptop and showed him 20 files going out in about 30 seconds, he ended up packing up all his gear and not bothering until after game, 3 guesses, nah, you only need one. :lol:
 
That someone needs to jack it in. I hear he was asking other pro snappers how to change his WB in camera in a wire room. Heard they fell about laughing at him

Yep I think he was bit upset!!, I guessed that when he started throwing his apple mouse & 70 -200 about :cuckoo: .
I got a show in The Metro of all papers:),
Are you at Bradford next Saturday?. Kind regards. Graham.
 
This weekend, I will mainly be at Doncaster v Dewsbury in the Championship Playoffs...

I am sir, Hull v Saints for Bernard on Friday and Bulls v Giants on Saturday (wasn't this a Sunday game only last week)

Funny thing is mate the Galpharm is one of several where AWB works perfectly under those lovely white lights, they had them all on and looked to be full power, i shot with a 1.4x on my 400mm

Sorry didn't turn up G! My commision was pulled & Julian covered it as a staffer for the Examiner!.
I still thought of covering it up untill I read the team selection!:eek: (only 4 first team names), so scrapped it (not worth it on spec!). Kind regards Graham.

Did Julian turn up, never saw him in the media room or pitchside.

I shot on spec mate, Dave took me off the game at the last minute:nono: , got one online and sent in to trades so see on Monday, Did ok Friday night.

Not officially but might turn up as theres a couple of togs i need to have a word with who will be there

Im doing Hull v Catalans on Friday and on Saturday ive got Leigh East v Shaw Cross then a quick dash over for St Helens v Hull KR
