What sports are YOU shooting this weekend?

SKI ING ...Yes!!

Got plenty of cricket sat and sunday.. but 10.30 to 12.30 sunday special olympics summer tournament at rosendale ski slopes.. Nice change... best wear me thermals eh :)

Went to Rosendale about 30 years ago, nearly broke my neck and was badly grazed.
 
Nothing this weekend- or last. Feet up, doing dome gardening/ house repairs etc and generally regaining some sanity :bonk:. Also doing some planning for the golf in July (The Scottish open, The Open at Muirfield and the Ricoh British Women's open at St Andrews (1st August but travel through in July)).

Back at it on Thursday with the British Cycling National Time Trial Championships and Road Race Championships on Sunday.
 
Lots of sport this week.. Just done Netball..lots of athletics going on.. all kids..got athletics wed/thur plus a cricket final thur...

friday boxing.. looking forward tot hat.. sat rounders rally and gb powerlifting championships.. then cricket.. sunday bowling round robin event and more cricket

so..netball, athletics, cricket, powerlifting, bowls and rounders in next 5 days

Schools Rugby League finals at Broadwood on Thursday, various age group hockey internationals on Friday to Sunday. Maybe give the British Road Race Championships a look on Sunday too.
 
Doncaster vs Sheffield Eagles on Friday evening at Doncaster Athletics Stadium... :D
 
First weekend of 'nothing' in ages.. but I guess after that I'll make up for it by three and half weeks of tournament games in Bulgaria and Romania.
14 hour days - about 5 games each day.. :-)

haha.. they dont even bother with fake snow... got a good spread in center pages of paper yesterday from it though..

I ahve been offered three days at a footy tournament.. £100 per day plus travel and food.. its relentless.. just 8-10hrs a day photogrpahing and you just hand over the cards... may not bother... pretty much depresses me doing that :(

I know what you mean - wish I could just hand over the cards, but I'll edit the pictures, as well as compile video highlights and interviews from each game :-) Sometimes you got to work hard to make the £'s
But - for my job, I know there'll be some great people to hang around with and talk to.. plus it's a sport I love covering.
Still.. there are easier gigs I've had the pleasure of doing.
 
Lots of cricket as usual this weekend.. however sunday afternoon.. kabbadi wrestling tournament.. manchester v birmingham.. plus stone lifting? I was supposed to do this last yr but it was washed out.. weather looks bad this weekend... the one time I did do this.. was great :)
 
Hudds V Catalan last night but wished I could have done Wigan V Castleford as asked!:(
Tomorrow Bradford V Warrington!
 
Football season starts this saturday with pre season friendlies... But not for me it seems:( My paper have said local cricket more important and not interested in footy yet.. However they ahve me at footy training toimmorow shooting for a 2 page spread in wed paper... oh hum

Third weekend on the Continent.. still continuing with the Basketball.. changed from the Women's U20 EuroBasket to Men's U20 EuroBasket..
 
Work have asked me to shoot the Virgin Triathlon for them this Sunday.
