What software do you print from ?

I've been using Windows photo printing wizard that opens from the Windows fax and printer viewer, is there any harm in doing this ? my Epson printer communicates well with the integrated software so am i missing anything, do people print straight from their Photo editing software ?

Lightroom or if I'm using my Dad's large format printer I use Photoshop CS5/Genuine Fractals (to get size big enough) and the Epson Mirage print plug in for Photoshop.

I am trying the demo and it handles raw files remarkably well.
