What size filters for sigma 10-20mm

whats wrong with the 77mm filters that will screw in?

ordinary holder and p size wok with mine

I use Cokin P filter sytem with 77mm screw adaptor. Works fine.

I use the Lee and Singh Ray 100x150 on my Sigma 10-20 and have seen no problems and would highly recommend them.

My cokin z-pro holder holding 100mm filters with three slots are visible at 10mm. With one slot it's fine though.

I sometimes have an issue with coverage when I tilt my grads at an angle and it doesn't cover all the frame (at the corners you sometime see the edge of the filter) - but maybe I haven't centred the grad properly and it's user error ;)

The P size is fine... all you do is buy an extra cheap holder from eBay, then cut off the front two filter slots, just leaving the one. No vignetting problems, even when at 10mm and stopped down.

...and you don't need the wide angle holder either, the standard does it no problem. Been there and done it... :D

Thanks for that information and thanks to OP for posing my question for me
Got my 10-20 this morning so filters are next on my shopping list. It's been an expensive week.

In fact I was in Dundee the other night Dekhog collecting the 50D

I use the Cokin P wide angle holder. Not visible at all at 10mm. If I stack it on top of a Hoya Pro Digital CP it is not visible at 12mm
