What`s Your Brand?

Yeah because I'm sure that's exactly the kind of thing they still think :cuckoo:

Well, Yes, actually.

or maybe you shouldn't believe everything that you read on the interweb thingy.

Maybe you're working too hard at this university business.

Heinz baked beans
Branston Pickle
Heinz tomato ketchup
McVities Jaffa Cakes
Alpen muesli
Ford cars
Nikon cameras (sorry - but there you are...)
Heckler und Koch automatic weapons - because despite what the movies tell you - "When you absolutely, positively got to kill every mother**** in the room..." pick something manufactured in the West, not in a cow-shed somewhere in the Urals...:D
Balvenie malt whisky
Tchibo coffee beans (I live in Germany...it's the easiest to get hold of...)
Litespeed mountain bikes

German efficiency ate work eh? ;)

Marlboro ciggarettes for me, nothing else comes close. Although I really should give up...

Does that actually make a difference? It all ends up in the same thing... I've tried it many different ways:

granules, water, milk, sugar
granules, sugar, water, milk
granules, sugar, milk, water
water, granules, sugar, milk

and it seems to taste the same!

No it doesn't make any difference. It's the ghastly beverage of the devil whichever way you make it.

Now tea.... that's a proper drink!

Steve.

Gillette razors :)

Yeah, but which Motorbike? Honda or Husqvarna?;)

Mmm well that would be Honda for road bikes and husqvarna for trails, or is it trials:thinking:

And Husqvarna for sewing machines of course:lol:

Does this have to be stuff I can actually afford? If not, Aston Martin, Rigby/Holland and Holland and Leica; sort of afford, Nikon & Canon (yes, both) Laphroaig, smoked salmon, good stilton, Alta Rica........

Yeh but there is Stihl only one chainsaw
And there is only one After Eight mint :love::love:

Diet Coca Cola... I can tolerate Pepsi but any supermarket own brand stuff is definately out.

Strangley when it comes to lemonade the more cheap and cheerful the better.

Oh yes it does, try granules, milk ..etc or milk, granules etc.

Like I said. :D

Another vote for original cows milk ... the stuff with cream on the top ....beautiful on the old corn flakes it was.

weep...

Browning 9mm- the original and the best
another vote for Mcvities jaffa cakes- own brand are not the same!

HP Brown Sauce. Nothing else even compares.

Being from a fry eating nation, we do tend to use a lot of brown sauce. I won't go back to a cafe if I know it uses the cheap rubbish. :D

Yes indeed it as to be HP brown sauce... A bacon sandwich is not the same without a dash of hp

John West Tuna - Every other tinned tuna I have tried has either had little chunks of bone in it or tasted like something which isn't a fish, but can smell/taste that way if you're unlucky.

Branston Bloomin' Big Baked Beans - all you Heinz worshippers really have missed a trick!

I've always been confused by the Heinz Ketchup thing. I can taste the difference between that and other sauces but does it really make any difference? It's about the only thing I'm not a brand snob about!

Adidas trainers
Titliest golf balls
Irn-Bru
Sailor Jerry Rum
Pepsi

Gaffer tape. That is all.

None of this duck, 'weatherproof' or 'heavy duty' crap... proper, honest to god, gaffer tape. If you're not paying at least a fiver a roll, you're buying the wrong stuff.

Ithaca 12gauge over/under
Trek road bikes
Hardy fly rods
Taylors of Harrowgate "real" espresso coffee
