What online course for beginners?

Hi everyone. Can anyone tell me a good online course for my lad? He wants to become a photographer.

It will beginning stages onwards please?

And before anyone asks 'Why don't I teach him?' He lives on the Isle of Wight and I have biz to run on the mainland... I rarely get back.

I will train him after he has learned the basics. So any advice would be great.

He can not do day or evening courses at college as he works shift work.

So help please?

Kelbytraining.com have started a new beginners section. Seems good, as it lets you choose your exact camera, etc.

Might be worth seeing, if you can get a 24 hour pass, to see if it suits your needs.

I don't know about courses but there is so much info on the web it's not necessary to take courses for the basics. I learned the basics from this site and the internet. Ask a bunch of questions read a ton and shot a lot. Here are some links to start out with.
