Come on then, lets talk about any obscure, or plain weird photographic experience you might have.

I did a stint working on photofinish* (as in horse racing) many moons ago (when it was film and not video as it is now).

Never found a use for that experience outside of horseracing

What obscure experiences do you have?

* Qustion: when film was used for photofinish, what speed do you think the shutter was set at? Answers on a postcard..........(without Googling it  )

I once shot a Pagan Handfasting ceremony in a fetish club. I didn't get home till 5am and had an absolute blast.

I used to photograph dead people - I was a police forensic photographer:gag:

I once worked for Motor Cycle News when they were trying to set up a magazine to rival Bike Trader. Whizzed round the Midlands taking pictures of bikes for sale and sent them off to the London HQ. They gave me a Polaroid instant camera to use but the results were so bad I used my Olympus OM1. The magazine wasn't successful in the end.

I've had to photograph body parts (three people) in a morgue following an 'own goal' explosion. Our usual tog was on leave.
