What mount cutter@

I am considering cutting my own mounts so that I don't have to stick to set print sizes. I can print 17" wide prints on a roll (espon sc-p800). Can anyone suggest a good cutter for occasional use. I do not wish to spend a huge amount but am prepared to spend what is needed to get a quality result.
Also does anyone use self adhesive foam board, if so what type and where is a good place to purchase it?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Get longer than you think too, the 24" is barely long enough for anything over A4 ...

I realise I should have been more specific ... I meant mounts for photographs that are bigger than A4. I regularly print at A3+ and bigger so a 24" is challenging ...

I have a Login Team System, but recently bought a Login 301 Compact http://www.logangraphic.com/product/board-mounted-mat-cutters/logan-301-1-compact-classic/

Bit longer and makes measuring/marking out much easier, also less likely to slip too without the need for a mat.

Thanks for all your replies, it seems like Logan is the way to go. I have found a reasonable "black Friday" deal and ordered a Logan artist elite 450 -1 which should be with me in a couple of days.

Would you mind posting where you found the Black Friday deal? I've been considering a Logan 301 mount cutter for a while, and if somewhere has some discount just now, I could be very tempted!

I found the site by chance it was www.craftyarts.co.uk and was around £50 cheaper than anywhere else I saw it.
