Two things have made my day
1) This is the last Monday for 6 weeks I will have to get up at 6.30 am
2) Finding a KitKat in my desk draw and having it with my coffee now :)
 
1) Waking up to another beautiful day. Ah..I thrive on sunshine. Don't know why but I always get grumpy if the weather isn't sunny. So I'm loving all the sun we're getting :D
2) Being alive and well.
3) Seeing my little man (kitty kat :D) chilling, stretched out.
 
Getting up and the sun was shining :)

for me making the penultimate sandwiches for my daughter for school.
having the car valeted before long trip morphing from a skip back into a car (man thing):cuckoo:

1. I totally overslept and got into work 1.5 hours late. But the boss isn't in so it's a short day for me. :)

2. Already managed to score a date for tonight with a particularly lovely girls and it's still before noon. I consider my work done for today. :D
 
Getting up and dropping the OH off at work and happily coming back home. Having the majority of my day to myself... Getting my kitchen floor ordered... but the slight downside is driving down to Hemel for work and not getting home til 10.
 
Going through hundreds of old photos that people have given me to scan in for our rugby club book that I'm doing and remembering all the good times we had
 
Discovering I can can still sprint if I need to ( or atleast feel like I can still sprint, usually I'm to creaky for it).
 
Put in place a few changes in my life
No early wake ups with the kids getting ready for school. For now anyway!
 
Watching a roe deer doe happily grazing in someone's orchard whilst I was working, just had to stop for a few minutes, she was totally unfazed by my presence, shame I didn't have a camera with me :(

Got my £20 freebet yesterday, bet on Hamburg & Juventus to draw on their match for an odd of 3.25/1 .
Didn't care about any of the team, but it turned out they were drawing 0 - 0.
On top of that, I was (magically) able to withdraw that £20 as well.

So, £65 free money it is :thumbs:

I held a shop door open for someone and they said "thank you" with a friendly smile.
Makes all the difference.
 
I'm kinda happy about it because i now have some time to edit some photos i have been meaning to get round to.

Yes but as I do often see them and have some grerat pictures, it was nice to just stand and watch for a change, although she was quite close and I could have got some great pics
 
my mum and dad drove past to come see me, been feeling lonely
 
Managed to get my desktop computer fired up.

Turned 'puter room radio on at just the right time to catch ISIHAC.
 
Finally got my off camera flash to work. so chuffed! :D
 
Getting home tonight has completed my day :) glad to see so many people having good things happening.
 
My final exam on my class 1 armourers course! yay, 6 months of hardcore learning done, assuming I have passed this that will be me out to the big wide world, its all on my shoulders now!!

(and taking my 4 yr old son on his first off road bike ride- 3.5 miles)
 
Taking the cork out of my wine bottle and hearing the ruby red liquid glug into my glass:)
 
1) My little boy hasnt screamed his head off today- hes been well behaved:eek:

2) Finding a "2 for 1" voucher for sealife centres on my fizzy pop- was already planning to go there in sept on hol's now it'll be cheaper :thumbs:
