What lens?

I am hoping so save up enough money to buy a macro or a super wide angle lens. I love taking both landscapes and macro so I am not sure which to get first and which of each to get. I have Canon EOS 550D/Rebel T2i so I need an EF mount.

I am not sure whether to buy Canon or another lens make e.g. Tamron. I have been looking at Tamron's AF 90mm f/2.8 which seems excellent in reviews. Also the Tamron SP 10-24mm. The maximum I would spend is £350. Any help?

Any of the common macro lenses will be great, The Tamron, sigma 105, Canon 100.. Ive had all 3 and I prefered the Canon, although I had the L version, which is double your budget, but you might just sqeueze the non L version.

You should be able to find a new Sigma 10-20mm variable for £350 if you shop around. Likewise the Sig 70mm & 105mm macros will be in budget as well. Stretch a bit further and the Canon 100mm non IS would be a good option.
