What is your worst injury?

Well im quite happy to do all the things i did before and start competing in kitesurfing but i really hope my leg doesnt snap again. Cant live in fear, plus im 21 this is nothing but a phase of pain and frustration which is nearly over
 
god i have had tears in my eyes for about 40 minutes reading some of the misshaps
i have not broken anything but fell of a bus one new years eve and did my ligaments in my ankle plaster for 2 month it was supposed to be 3 month until i got sick and cut it of in the bath so i could go to the pub
also ripped off the muscle that is(was) attached to the bottom of my spine picking a pair of the eldest boys boxers up(clean) on my back for 7 weeks could not move it still bothers me now 5 years later
