It is like a summers day up here in Northumberland, just come back from our local village cafe where if you closed your eyes you could have imagined sitting in the Med.

Of course it now heralds the start of the grass cutting season for me, off to give it its first cut now...........

Much the same here, and I suspect that cutting the grass is one of those jobs I shall be doing after work, if not today, tomorrow.

sunny and blue skies... hope it stays like this for my shoot tomorrow

Not just as warm here, but still nice.

Laid a new lawn from seed middle of last Sept. and it has not wintered well.
In fact it is a mess.

I hate bloody grass and I hate cutting it even more.

Just got home from work and its a lovely spring afternoon ...pity we cant go out as we have the plasterers in doing sons bedroom:bang:

Just keep cutting what you have, it will eventually come good as wild grass will make up for it.

Mal, can you send me some of your sunshine? :)

Sorry no can do Paul but you can get your own back when I visit Skye because it is guaranteed to be wet in September again:(

Lovely sunny day in Edinburgh today! I've hardly seen any clouds at all. I hope it stays like this tomorrow because I'm working outdoors all day :)
