I have two lightstands (bought one more yesterday).
The earlier one I bought to hold a Lastolite EZYBox has a 16mm lightstand mount
The one I bought yesterday has a 12mm lightstand mount. It won't hold the adapter for the softbox, it's just too loose even when tightened all the way.
I was wondering if these are both standards that are commonly used or are the 12mm ones some kind of Asian standard? I've emailed the dude to see if I can get the lightstand replaced and get the bigger mount.
