What have you done with your camera today

Put it in a box and will send it for adjustment along with two objectives. Camera is fine and they are told not to touch the AF-settings, but the glasses are not. Fortunately I've got some other cameras too, so there will be no break. ;-)

Why do you bet?

There is plenty things to shoot.

Jut not what im looking. If I want to shoot landscapes and places, oh yes there's plenty. But Now I'm focused on the street. I need people, interesting things happening.

had some headshots to do for local lad today 15 years old and needed some shots for hes acting agency profile
not my normal thing as i normally shoot landscapes and the like and was limited to a small living room and using 5 in 1 reflector as the backdrop ( sometimes ya just gotta make the best of whats at hand! ).
still they are happy with the 20 odd images supplied to them so all's good

I sorted out some photos that I'm going to put in an exhibition in Hull. It's £5 to enter, and you get to display your photos in an art gallery for a month! Whoever gets the most votes, get theirs on special display. :)

Took it to the seaside for the first time. Worried about sand and salt water. I ran around trying waves on rocks, sunset over water, dusk in the fishing village and tried to keep the family entertained at the same time. The girls liked the fish spa. You stick your feet in an aquarium of nibbly fish. Who are supposed to remove dead skin for 10€ for 15mins. They'd seen A Shark Tale so they knew what goes on.

not so much with camera, but I have gifted myself Panasonic 42.5 f1.2 to try on one of e-m1's. can't wait now..

Reproduced some artwork for a local artist, so they can sell limited edition prints.

Made some pictures in the garden. Testing the new Canon EF 50mm 1.8 STM and then made some macros with the Sigma.

Taken a whole roll for this month's POTY, which now for some reason won't rewind back into the cassette! Aaaaaarrrrggghhhhh.... :runaway::oops: :$:(

Tried out a new lens for the X-T1 (50-230) and made a paracord strap for it (which i'm pretty pleased with!)

I took the SD card to the hotel reception to find a PC to back up my holiday pictures to my USB stick. The man said he will do it, and walked into the office. I followed him closely but he told me to wait at the desk. I said no and stood right next to him and did the copy myself. Luckily it was in English as I can't read Greek. It said 32 minutes remaining. So he said he'll bring it to my room.
All he has to do is unplug it. But will he screw up and wipe both copies of my holiday pictures?

Phew. All backed up ok. I'm trying to avoid lugging a PC around or one of those hard disk cajiggers. Maybe my next mobile phone will help with the transfer.

I took it to ancient Knossos today. Which, if you look at all the t-shirts, key rings and novelties in the souvenir shops there, you'd think it was built by the Minions and not by the Minoans.

Packed the X-T1 and the 1-AW ready for the trip to where Ian is tomorrow. Despite trimming the kit down, I may need to pocket a couple of items to get through the weigh in...

Passport pics of my daughter for her US visa.

Frustrating here.

I'm kept pretty busy at the moment but was looking forward to being able to get away one evening and go to the coast to shoot a sunset. Was free yesterday evening and looked out to no sun, no light and complete cloud cover so no point in even trying and today it's the same and in fact worse as it's raining quite heavily :(

Taken pictures of memorials in a cemetery for work.

Took mine out to the park but did not use it, I could not see the screen with the light :(

of to take some photos of the foxes round Glasgow tonight..will share some if I get anything half decent

Drove for 60 minutes, walked a bit, sat in a field for 2 hours while getting eaten alive by midges then came home.

Not taken a single shot as the wildlife didn't come out to play.

No doubt I will be repeating the above a few more times this week.

£#%$!#& wildlife photography :)

Now if you didn't have your camera with you, the bunnies, deer and owls would have all come out, and put on a song and dance routine, that would have put John Travolta's appearance in Watershop Down to shame.

Checked it's repair status with Nikon. I'm getting restless without my camera!

Made a short test with my new 16-35 f4 L, I've got today. I think it's great and even sharp in the corners. Finding the focus with the 14mm Samyang is always pain, now it's auto focus and auto aperture. :)
And on the other hand it's 2mm less wide, that's about 14%, but I'll carry that.

Sat indoors just to hot & humid :(
Yes. Me too sat indoors with the windows closed to keep it cool. And tinkered with all the camera menus and settings. Maybe I'll venture out with it, on the bike at dusk.

Look at my photos from yesterday on the camera. Shot it all in raw to find I can't view raw on my laptop

Install a free program on your laptop. Then you can see the raw pictures.
