After seeing the thread showing the bikes that people have, got me thinking, besides the photography, what other hobbies etc do you all have? Can your photography interact with these?

As an example, i love going fishing, gone from competitions to the more specilaist side of things, so i have time to enjoy and appreciate the scenery, which does get photographs taken of, also if i do catch, then there is also the odd photograph taken then.

Also running, cycling, martial arts
 
Travel, shooting (not in the UK), reading, writing. I enjoy photography, but it's a peripheral interest at best.
 
Collecting Corgi cars and vans, other than that nothing. I seem to spend my life working and not much time for anything else.
 
Photography first which ties in well with watching motorsport and cycling second with a mixture of road and off road stuff.
 
My other main hobby is music, be it playing (drums & guitar) or live music. I do quite a bit of gig photography, so that combines my two main hobbies!

Juggling and taking pics at the same time must need a bit of skill:lol:

Institute of advanced motorist s....I used to instruct but you know how it goes, you get busy then you need to give up a few things
 
Drumming, playing bass guitar, used to run a lot but cant do that anymore.
Pretty much it really.
 
Well work seems to rule my life, but outside of that in order of time spent I do:
an MBA at BPP Business School,
Photography (duh),
Running and Cycling,
triathlons now and then,
drinking :D
 
Walking and gardening at present
 
Almost anything outdoors, Caving, Climbing, Walking and Mountainbiking plus I occasionally pop into work when I have time :D
 
I sometimes write stuff. I've had a poem published and a song accepted for a children animation. I used to draw and paint but haven't for a while. Love cars and driving.
 
Play the guitar and write a bit - not progressed much in 20 years but enjoy it.

Hillwalking - a few Munro's still left to do but not Hell Bent on completing them.

Fishing - grew up 'course fishing' in Warrington but now posh Scottish fishing.

Illustration - Used to be my job but still enjoy a doodle,

At a crossroads just now - 3 kids starting to find their own feet in the world so spending time with them doing whatever they want to do brings me the most satisfaction.

Love to write, play bad golf, meditate and spend far, far too long on the tinterweb.
 
dogs, as well as a proper job working for a well known bakery, i also work for Northern English Springer spaniel rescue (NESSR) and have ended up with 5 of my own, 2 of which work during the pheasant season, so another hobby is beating October to February, during the summer months end up at a lot of events where i can also take the camera, the next one being the Yorkshire Gamefair at Harewood so lots of togging opportunities there.

My other great love is reading and am now working hard on filling my kindle up :):)
 
I love my photography, but I also love Sport Climbing & Carp Fishing. Between the 3 of them and work I don't have the time (or energy!) for anything else.
 
Work and family stuff has taken up all my spare time recently, the stuff I enjoy doing when I have the time is:

Walking, climbing
jetskiing, wakeboarding, waterskiing
skiing (glad of the snow in the UK this past couple of winters as it meant I didn't miss going away quite as much!)

Generally just being out and about away from towns and cities, though not managed it for close to 12 months!
