Tablet and mouse here. Depends on how detailed I'm working.

Trackball mouse for everything - thumb operated. So much easier and more accurate than a standard mouse. I don't even bother using the tablet that I have.

Tablet is a life saver for pixel level skin retouching gets my vote every time
 
Still using the mouse controller. Cannot afford a tablet for myself.
 
I use mouse but that's because I can't afford a tablet and also when I need one I can usually get away with using the mouse but when I get the cash I will be myself a small graphics tablet :)

Trackball. I've got a small pad somewhere but never got on with it, probably something to do with me not being able to draw!
 
I'll be the odd one out - trackpad on my MBP. Usually doing stuff in-the-fly so don't find anything else convenient. Can do most stuff fine, although real intricate brushwork is where I wish I had a pen/tablet......
 
Pen & wacom tablet for everything! Can't see any benefit to using a mouse at all!
