Hilux, old crappy but does what I need.......![]()
Bloody Hell Darryn!
Glad you walked away mate but you have to be seriously pushing it to get into that sort of trouble in such a well sorted car.

Nice Imp, I'm thinking about getting one myself in September. I drive a Renault Clio atm.
Seriously.....don't

Imps are the best cars in the world ... but also the worst! They are great fun to drive, but they are pritty slow and not very good at motorway crusing. With a bit of investment they can be much better and very reliable, but do require regular tlc to make sure they don't dissolve away in the british rain
Mine maxed out at 60mph on the motorway yesturday, the engine is fubared! Luckily I have a supercharged engine in the garage I have almost finished Lucky with the CTR. Some young (17-18 year old) lads in my hometown learnt about lift-off oversteer the hard way when their saxo hit a petrol pump sideways at about 70. Two dead one nearly. They don't teach you about such things on the driving test sadly, everyone should go on a skid pan and see what not to do before being let loose imo...
Anyway I'm driving my company car Audi A3 TDI 170 s-line in pimp-white. Tis an ok commuter box but v dull after my BMW Z4 3.0i I had previous.....miss that car![]()

On the bright side though, looking at the pics, you still have one good headlight and at least one decent tyreTherefore, i current drive nothing.![]()
even your car has a grumpy face!![]()

My old Italian Lady, she won`t live with Imprezas,Golf GTi`s,M3`s or Evo`s, but by God is it nice to drive.

Our lads just bought an '82 308GTSi - its fantastic !
Let him know that I maintain mine myself, so if he needs any help, just holler.......![]()
I will, I thinks its had a full service before he got it including Water Pump and Clutch, its belts every 9K thats makes him perspire !
Lancia Montecarlo track day car, totally stripped, lightweight panels, highly tuned engine.
Belts every two years, takes a half a day on them and parts, belts and bearings are about £100................
A lot of bodywork is no longer available,Ferrari take the mick big time on some parts.
Full set of pads for mine from FUK are daft money. Fronts are the same as BMW 6 series and the rears are Ford Orion fronts.Info like this will save him a mint.
Mate of mine near here knows them inside out,has his own garage and would probably do any work he wanted if he isn`t keen on DIY.But honestly, they are not that difficult to do.
Very handy to know, his last motor was a Mk1 RS so he knows his way around a car, an engine is an engine though
It came from an independent, in Bath I think but knowledge is ppower and all that !
Pics please...........![]()
Which one?
nothing wrong with a MINI. apart from the cost and the build quality ;]
