In that case you deserve some food Gary, I personally recommend a pork pie, the king of foods. Not one of them soggy Ginster's ones but one with a proper crusty pastry case and a smidgen of extra salt.

Cheese on toast and 2 sausage rolls with bbq sauce :D
 
Home made chicken and leek soup and a cheese roll!
 
I'm on the healthy eating thing again so had a chicken salad, yum yum.

Gary head down to the Hogs Head and get a cheap pub lunch :D
 
I had a bowl of mushroom soup. It was grey and horrible.

I made up for it with a chocolate orange. :)

Cheese burger with loads of red sause from Asda.
Just had 3 cheese on toast.
 
Morrisons had Montery Jack cheese, new in, and it's what the Merkins like to melt, so I tried it for cheese on toast. Not bad.

A cheesy merkin? That sounds... different.
Yesterday was black-eyed bean shepherd style pie with sweet potato mash topping. Today is pasta y fagioli. All home made naturally.

No, but then some Scottish food tends not to be awfully healthy. Fave Scots dish for lunch at home is a good old Ben Nevis burger. (Venison burger topped with haggis and crowdie. Very rich, but oh so delicious.)
 
Just had prawn salad (v healthy), packet of crisps (not so healthy) and jelly, mmm yum!!! :D
