ok just moved into my new flat.

Neither my book cases or wardrobe will fit upstairs

iam going to have to reflatpack the warbrobe and keep the book cases down stairs.

so my question is as this is an old house how did people get their stuff in beofre it came flat packed??? :shrug:

erm...flatpacked furniture should be reflattened before you move it or it tends to break.

i agree, i had to redesign my ikea coffee table (which is awesomely cool) as they didnt drill the holes in the right place!

ok have managed to get the wardobe up the stairs. anyone got any suggestions for sofas, i dont currently have any but would like one and it will need to go up stairs.

and cant remove the windows either - well i could but the room has to small windows so it wouldn't help
