Most film can be shot and developed in such a way to increase contrast - so everyone's recommendation will just be that, to be honest.
Pushing is a very easy way to increase contrast (that's why Ilford Delta 3200 is often very contrasty), as is increasing developer time/agitation.
the adox cms needs its own custom dev so i think it may be a waste of time giving that to peak
Pan F probably; but you can up the contrast on anything by increasing the development.
Happily, manufacturers do release techical data sheets so you can easily compare characteristic curves for films.
