Dinner... Thin something with Haloumi, needs to be eaten.

food doesnt last long enough in my household to warrant getting a camera out (id come back to find an empty plate and lots of guilty facial expressions...)

well as you can see we have a fair bit left - i would make you a pig n crackling sandwich but your very far away

I'd love that - crackling is not something easy to get up here - unless we buy the pork straight off the farm - which we do!

Having lamb leg steaks with a Jack Daniels sauce. Was supposed to be lamb rumps but two are stuck together and I couldn't separate them without defrosting them first. Will have to wait until people come over for dinner.
