thats incorrect
teh laptop has been tested and found not fit for purpose / faulty its just another tactic to say oh its been opened to you cant return it. thats total [PLEASE DON'T TRY TO BYPASS THE SWEAR FILTER] from shops. in fact you dont even need recipt or original packing


The laptop has buggered up an update, that doesn't make it faulty or not fit for purpose.
 
the laptop wont start. its not fit for te purpose its designed for.. feign ignorance and state im not an IT engineer i dont know why it wont work . if it wont start u could be hard drive failure, memory issue, a loose wire, all number of things
