Its getting harder and harder to actually go somewhere and try something before buying it. Im interested in the National Geographic NG2475 but want to see it first.

Anyone used one or know a shop that stocks it.

Bogen Imaging appear to be the importers so I would get in touch with them to find out who (if anyone) is your local stockist.

If you're in London, there is a National Geographic store on Regent St. It's huge and stock most of their fancy stuff !

Warehouse Express Showroom
Unit B Frenbury Estate,
Drayton High Road
Norwich

Norwich is a little far for me, im in Kent

Park Cameras, W Sussex. had them in last week.

Called them up and although they seem to stock them on the web their in-shop selection is very limited.

Im pretty sure amazon dont have a shop, but prove me wrong lol

Worth a punt at that price though?! Think I may order one later tonight.

its not bad but I have a crumpler 7500 here that I hardly ever use because it doesn't suit my style. A great bag but I want something different and I want to get it right this time.

Just ordered from Amazon. I'll let you know what its like on Saturday!

I got one of mine from photococan an ebay seller, much cheaper than the uk at the time and came through customs without a problem, quite speedy shipping too. Thedigitalcamerashop.co.uk seems to be quite good price wise but haven't used them before.

If you can get over there weekday mornings, when they're not too busy I'm sure they'd get them out for you if they're in stock. I've just started using them and found them very obliging. They're almost offended when I say I don't want to take it out of the box and inspect it, I just want to buy it!

All the items they have on their website are stocked in the back of the shop too?

Just to clarify, thanks for all the links about where to buy the bag on the internet but Im looking for an actual shop where I can go in and see what the bag is like. Maybe I wasnt clear.

morris photo chipping norton

go and have a nice day in the cotswolds and try the loads of bags they have on display

As said before, National Geographic have a massive store on Regent Street. The photography dept is on the top floor. It's worth giving yourself a couple of hours to walk round the place, the photos on display are amazing.

might have to head up there then, been a long time since I went to London though. I imagine there prices are high though and they dont price match ;)

The prices will be high, but at the very least you get to do the touchy, feely bit, have a nice stroll around the store and then buy it cheaper over the Interweb.

Take your camera and make a day of it

Yah I was planning on doing that, just have to resist all the cool gear they might have.

What else could I do up there on the cheap (ie for nothing) hehe

You get to walk round Central London taking photo's. Which you then post on here and get heaps of praise for them.

It cost's nothing apart from shoe leather, providing you have the willpower to resist temptation :nono:

hmm if im up there are there any camera shops I could visit and play with uber lenses like the 70-200 2.8 and the 100-400 :D
