I'm in the market for a Nikon D5100 body and am considering buyiing from WEX. Any comments on their service would be gratefully received.

Used them a few times and they have been good. Can't fault them.
 
You would be hard pressed to find a more solid, reliable supplier, IMO. I've had loads of stuff from them and never had a problem.
 
Agree, a first class retailer with many best online retailer awards.

Phones them one Friday afternoon and goods arrived the next morning - perfect!
 
I've also used them countless times over the past 2 yrs or more, from camera body > tripod> filters etc.
Only once had to wait for an item not in stock, but always phone them 1st to check now so I know before ordering.

Not always the cheapest though, but excellent service.
 
Always been good for me & usually quick delivery too...
 
I've used WEX many many times and their service has been exemplary every time. Their next day delivery has never failed me and I've even had items arrive on a Saturday at no extra cost!

I bought a Canon speed light from them once and it was faulty, I had a replacement turn up by 9am 2 days later.

They can often be cheaper than Amazon assuming you don't buy from Amazon thiefplace marketplace.

Take online reviews with a pinch of salt, people are quick to write a negative review but if everything is as it should be most people don't bother writing a positive review.
 
Have just received my D5100 from WEX - waiting for the battery to charge!

Next day delivery as promised and well packed.

I've used them for my Lastolite studio equipment and found their service to be excellent with very quick delivery.
 
Most of my gear came from WEX. On the one occasion I needed to return a duff lens, they exchanged it without question. The new one was spot on. I can't recommend them enough.
 
I've used WEX on several occasions and they are efficient and professional.

Just bought d7000 from them, hopefully it will arrive quick and no trouble!!!
