i always like visiting in Autumn, as they have a great selection to photograph.

Shouldn't be too much of a problem. I've been a few times with the public and generally it's ok for shots and I was walking around with a tripod. It's quite a large trail around so there's plenty of room. Others were walking around with huge tripods, large format cameras etc.

It does look interesting, I'm going to see if I can get an afternoon off to go have a look see.

It would also seem to be a fair bit cheaper as well.
