Westcott 28" Apollo Softbox - Where are they?

Hello people,

Im hoping some friendly person will come to my rescue here...

Ive been searching for a Wescott 28" Apollo softbox to use outdoor with my speedlight and just cant seem to get one anywhere. If anyone has any idea even if its to confirm the states is the only place im going to get one.

That is the one used with speedlights isnt it. I just need to work out what extra bits i need to get to get it too work now.
