Any advice gratefully accepted!!!

We are off for a week to West Sussex between Horsham & Worthing

Any places to visit or photograph? We had thought of the bluebell line, seven sisters & beachy head

Thanks in advance

try Tilgate Park in Crawley. The park has some nice gardens and an animal / bird sanctuary.

Not too far from the British Wildlife Centre if that's your thing ... also check National Trust properties like Bodiam Castle.

Wakehurst Place
Leeds Castle
Chartwell
Bewl Water
WWT Arundell

To name a few more worthy of your attention???

PS As for the BWC certainly worth a visit.

The Bluebell Line and Sheffield Park are well worth a visit. Also go to Seaford Head, that is where you get the best view of the Severn Sisters.

Your not far from hever castle.

Tilgate is a good call too :)

WWT at Arundel. Ducks will pose for food.

Arundel is very picturesque itself.

Amberley Castle and village will not be far from where you are.

They have an old transport museum just by the railway station and a tea room adjacent to the old bridge that crosses the river Arun, great views of the Arun valley.

John:)

And watch where you park your car, you don't want to come back and find it submerged.

It makes us laugh, there are signs telling people about the flooding and yet people still park there...there was a BMW convertible parked there the other year and the water was just about lapping at the top of the doors with the windows down... of course there always seems to be a photographer there to catch the moment....

I live in Selsey, we've got the lifeboat station if your down, plus pagham harbour is a nice walk. Also as mentioned is Bosham too but be careful where you leave the car before the tide comes in. Was there today and witnessed a guy drive off the road as the tide was receding
