The company I work for are have a corporate fun day at West Midland Safari Park. Now under normal circumstances I would rather burn in hell than go on a works do, but could this be an chance for a free photo shoot.

Has anyone ever been here, and how close would I get to the animals and would it be possible to get good photos.

I think this is where my mate went not long ago, he said that all the animals dens were set below the walkways, so there were no fences in the way of photography. If im wrong, i apologise, would'nt want you to be misled.
However, you dont turn down a free photoshoot:thumbs:
Dean:)

Sorry mate, it was Dudley zoo:bang:

you sure you got the right place..?

you will be travelling around in a car "or mini bus " shooting out of / or through the windows where possible.
the main lions will be through closed windows other big cats /wolfs/dangerous animals will be behind " so shooting through wire fences"

It’s a great place, loads to SHOOT (Ha Ha), be sure to book a guided tour at the entrance; the drivers take you off road and get up close to the lions and other critters.
I’ve been a couple of times; here is one or two from last year.

Thanks for the info.
I'll have to check who is going from work before I decide to go or not.

so close that they advise you top tie down your arials and window wipers, and have a sepcial beep beep code for big cats etc

or at least that is how it used to be, dotn know if it has changed or not, so all in all this was a pretty useless post by me, lol
