Wessex Photographic Optics and Wildlife Weekend and Competition.

Hi guys, my company is hosting their annual Optics and Wildlife Weekend on the 26th and 27th of March. Wessex photographic is a small chain of 5 local shops and is family run.


Every year we hold this event on Portland in Dorset at the Heights Hotel. I think this would be of interest to all of you who enjoy your british wildlife as not only will all the big names in optics be there with all the lovely latest bino's, scopes and accesories, there will also be camera equipment to try and local island walks led by a local ranger.

this event has proven to be more popular year after year and this year the Bristish wildlife competition will be run again, with some great prizes on offer including first place of a pair of swarovski 8x20 Binos worth nearly £500.

its a great opportunity, especially if your a birder. you get to meet all the reps from swarovski and zeiss, get your hands on their newest products, i know ziess will be bringing their new spotting scope that has a built in camera and their lenses designed for dslrs for example. and the walks with the rangers are always good.
