Went out without me camera today.....

and saw a Kestrel hovering about 15 feet away from my head,

A pair of swans flying down the canal,

2 Herons which let me get fairly close, (as far as herons go)

I'm having that problem with a bluetit in the back garden... He's only ever around when my camera is in my room, and by the time I've gone and grabbed it he's left. I spent nearly 4 hours waiting for him in the garden yesterday and he didn't show up once.... until I put my camera away in disgust...
