Got confirmation of pass for sundays league 1 PO final but no mention of parking.. I ahvent been to wembley since the first season it opened.. we got parkign then.... whats the script now?
 
Last time I went to Wembley (arena) I used this

Just an area next to a disused office I think (but was manned etc). Was an easy walk to the arena and by the looks of the map, the stadium too. pre booked online.

I cant say it made for the quick escape they imply on the website, but you are closer to the exit road (turn right out of the car park, least it was for me) but there will still be traffic.

I only parked there because the concert missed after the last train, I think if I had the option of the train I'd probably go for the train - but either way, busy busy.

sunday game. just looked and sold out aaaargh thanks anyways :)

am arriving very early in morning.. tube into london for a bit of an outing wiht family first...... any parking ideas anyone ?

good point, I did not compute that when I read it!

The walks not far tho, if fit to do so, only about 5 or 6 mins prob.
 
Where are you coming in from Kipax ?

Hillingdon Station is on the Met line and has a decent car park, it's just off the A40, and you can tube into London, the Met line stops at Wembley Park. It's a regular for those coming in from the NW/W/SW to Wembley. I live 10 minutes away and it's where the Mrs drops me off before a Wembley game.
 
We parked in the official car park (as linked by Swanseajack above) for the England v Lithuania game without any problems, only thing is that it will be very slow getting out the car park but we just took our time getting back to the car and then just sat and waited until it had mostly cleared.

Think the website said that they opened from something like 7am on a matchday.

Going for cheap to free parkign at south ruislip

arriving from accrington lancashire around 10.30am so going south ruislip to oxford circus.. few hrs round london with family who have tickets for game.. back to SR pick up gear and off to wembley. Loking at about 12 quid for all day zone 1-6 rail card (presume can buy at station)

oops got a load of info before seeing your post mate..thanks though.. south ruislip sound right? gets to wembley stadium station which i believe is closer esp for press are
 
Not sure about the size of the car park at South Ruislip... The CP at Hillingdon is huge, but Wembley Stadium station is a bit closer.
 
There's a council car park opposite wembley arena. It's free for motorbikes - no idea for cars, but probably a little cheaper than the stadium parking.

If you're going into london first on the tube, then Westfields in Shepherds bush does £5 all day parking (I think). Shepherds bush central line station is right out the front which'll take you straight into town, or change at Bond Street for the Jubilee to Wembley.

Alternatively, have a look at parkatmyhouse.co.uk.... very often you can pick up a matchday space on someone's drive for a tenner or so. A friend of mine used to rent his out near the Emirates stadium for that sort of price, so I'm sure you'll find one round wembley too.
 
Can park at West Ruislip and then get the Chiltern line to Wembley stadium. Goes direct then rather than changing and is tube prices.

But south ruislip doesnt change according to the planner?
 
Park at sat more car park on weekend or bank holiday was a pound tube to wembley family can go into town
Very poor to get out of

You could park at 18 barn rise. just up the hill from the Torch. say hi to the kiwi`s and aussies there. will cost you a few beers
 
Last time I went I parked at Stanmore (same as blue marlin) which IIRC is almost next to tube station and only a few stops from Wembley. It was a few years back though but maybe worth checking it out.
 
Agree with Blue Marlin & Graham aka Stanmore, however, the 2nd time I went down I was granted Media Parking in the main car park? (go figure).

One thing to remember Tony when getting away from the ground! don't get sucked into crossing the fecking traffic light boxes unless you are totally clear of the junction lines in London! I picked up a ticket because the a******e,( or, savey London driver lol), in front of me went then muscled his way in which left me stranded when the lights changed to amber!, yes amber not red ?:(
 
Well... thats all my planning out the window.. One of my passengers decided they didnt want all the messing about and paid for parking near the ground :)

Yeagh Graham been a couple of times before and had media parking.. first time now which is suprisingly cheap of them :(

That was perfect thanks.. missed entrance to car park first time but then in.. £1.50 all day parking was a nice surprise.. 12 quid all day tube ticket and we where in center of london before 11am ...knackered by afternoon and near hyde park corner.. nice suprise direct line back to hillingdon as well.... great day out my team won.. one of them moments I wish I had bought a ticket instead of press pass haha :)
 
Glad to be of help. I'll be there next week myself, hopefully watching Arsenal retain the cap....
