Ive got tickets for the game on Tuesday and just trying to decide where best to park...

Maybe consider parking and then getting tube,, What do you think ??

I'm coming down the M1 from the cold bleak North

Coming from Kent I usually park at O2 and get the tube there. Tube journey is usually about an hour and the cost of parking isn't too bad.

Cheers Lee,

Im coming from the bleak North though lol

Could park at Stanmore station and get on the jubilee line to Wembley park. The station has some parking but not much around the station.

I was hoping someone would mention Stanmore as I'd done a check and thought it looked about the best option...Better than driving all the way to the ground..Cheers Kev

Driving to the ground is bad enough, driving away from it is a whole world of ******.

Like I suspect you already know, park somewhere near the end of the Bakerloo or Metropolitan line and let the train take the strain.

I've driven there 4 times, no trouble getting there and about 10 minutes to get out of the car park. Guess I've been lucky.

Canons Park Tube station, one down from Stanmore on the Jubilee Line might be even better.

It's about 1 1/2 mlles from Junction 5 of the M1, down the A41, cut through a few back streets and you can park for free in side streets less than 1/2 mile from the station :) [Cheyneys Avenue - but don't tell the residents I told you!]

I was at wembley arena last night. Parked in a WASP car park right by the stadium no problem and was able to drive right out no difficulties at all.
