I purchased a Dell 2209wa monitor from these people back in 2010 http://www.taran.co.uk/shop/

Said monitor has been playing up the last couple of weeks. A five minute talk to their tech support and they called me back with a couple of details to give to Dell. I spoke to Dell`s tech support for no more than a few minutes and I will now be getting a replacement monitor in the next couple of days.

It was indeed Andy, and said monitor arrived two days later and UPS came the following day to take the old one back.
