Got to use the defib in anger.....

One of the tenants employees had a heart attack.. fortunately we have a defib and 10% of us are trained as to how to use it.

I may have f***ed up his hugo boss shirt but he is alive and well..

Not blowing trumpets and will not be on fb.. however surprised as to how effective it was and the shock delivered!!!

Good times!

Well done on using it, my sister being a nurse that lives is rural Ireland is a emergency responder in her area so carries a lot of kit including a defibrillator and has had to use it on several occasions, but she has lots of medical training and qualifications plus years of experience, I have a lot of respect to anyone who does it when it's not their profession

Though how you've not used it on some CEO or crap CSR I don't know

Lynton saving the day? That's shocking.

Ohm my God! You are my hero.

I bet you felt amped up afterwards?

I hope the guy you saved doesn't try and get you arrested for assault and battery.

My resistance to post further in this thread has been overcome by my capacitance to reason clearly.

In my experience it's actually really traumatic.
Also, it'd be covered by implied consent.

ETA well done lynton, much kudos to you for not freezing up

I can imagine it would be.

I forgot that comments were deadly serious and not actually a series of puns...?

Sorry chap, I've had people say it to me, so kinda parroted it out.
My humble apologies for bumming out the pun :D

That's OK! I'm used to people finding me extremely unfunny! ;)

I'll be honest I didn't even notice the amped or battery references. I can read fast, I obviously just skip most of the words

Well done Lynton. Easy to do in the training sessions, much harder to keep your cool when it's the real thing.
