Thought I'd introduce myself, just starting to try and get back into taking pictures properly again after a couple of years without a DSLR.
Hoping to snag myself a 40D in the next couple of weeks and maybe a nice lens too
Photography wise I'm keen to learn how to take half decent pictures of cars (my other big 'thing' are retro cars, and VWs), and I'm also partial to a bit of nature photography too so hoping to learn a bit more about that as well.
Already got some really helpful responses to a thread in the Basics section, but watch out for some more daft questions as the weeks progress... and hopefully some pics too.
