Weird thing when creating a new folder

When creating a new folder in My Document > My Pictures - instead of the folder defaulting to the name 'new folder' it automatically is named after a bird such as 'Jay' or 'Redstart' or 'Duck' or 'Pheasant' etc. What the heck is going on

BTW As it happens my main interest is bird photography but I usually name my folders with the date.

A quick google suggests you may be running something called Alzip that's doing this?

Thanks for that Steve, you are quite right, I am using Alzip - never knew it had anything to do with creating new folder.

Especially strange as I am very much into bird photography ,I thought some super being had taken over control of my PC :bonk:

I was going to suggest aliens... but alzip works too
