Weird Green Line

Hi, just a quick question; I'm getting a very thin green line on my photo's, it's about 5/6cm long and runs from the bottom up of my photos - any ideas what this could be?

Yeah although its more obvious on certain ones like if the foreground is dark you can see it clearly whereas if it's lighter it's not as obvious.
 
Just to clarify, is the line on actual prints or files displayed on a computer?
 
if the lines are on printed pictures it looks like it could be the printer head needing cleaned !

Unless it only appears on a print, which we don't yet know. Anyway it would be nice to know if any of the posts helped.
 
Sorry, I've been really busy and not had chance to get on here.

It's on the files on the computer; I thought it might be a damaged card so I bought a new card and transferred the photos using the cable rather than putting the card in the computer but it's still there.

I bought the camera second hand so have no warrenty on it.


Ignore my above post - just followed that link and that is the exact line! Thanks for that, at least I know what it is now and can go about fixing it or trying the healing brush in photoshop.

Hi Sarah

It would help if you could post a picture. It does not sound like a card problem, more likely a sensor problem.
