Weekend - ideas?

Hi Guys,

I fancy chasing the sun with me missus and Darren (edmon22), I can leave EDI first thing, in the campervan (if I can get it from my MUM who wants it!), with a view to coming home late Sunday night. If the idea makes it worthwhile, I can leave after work today to give me several hours more travel time...

I know in this climate, its impossible to chase the sun, but an educated guess is better than nothing.

No planes, boats or trains - just the camper

Any ideas?

I'd drive into the middle of nowhere, where the loudest sound would be the shutter. Take photo's weather permiting and if not, have a drink wallet permiting

Just keep travelling down the country Gary, we've had a nice bit of sun today here in the Midlands but with a couple of rain patches. Spoke to my mate yesterday who was currently in Winchester and he said it was lovely and warm down there.

All depends how far you want to travel really!

Nah, isn't there any like nature parks up there? where you can go and do bird watching and beers and stuff?
