Yes - the best way of carrrying all your kit is to hire a small-boobed Thai masseuse to carry all your kit for you...

I find it a whole lot more comfortable than two normal straps, although you have to have cameras on both sides to balance the weight (although you can split it in to two parts and get a normal R-Strap).

If anyone in North Cheshire (Stockport) area fancies actually trying it please let me know more than happy to meet up!

I use the optech straps, at about the 8 hour mark, I'm happy to remove straps for a little while, but generally they're ok, I may take you up on the offer though,

I always found I was constantly pushing the Optechs up my shoulders - must be my slopey shoulders PM me and we can arrange a time for a bit of a tog somewhere local.
