Wedding re-order's

Hey TP,
I am currently doing a Diploma in Photography and once finished hope to step in to the world of wedding photography as a base earner.

One think that came to mind the other day was about re-order's, Is there any site that I could stick the wedding shots on for each ceremony and let them choose, pay & recieve re-order's with out me getting involved???

A bit like photobox progalleries but something a bit more special or different?

Photobucket and like all provide an order service but I'd advise against staying out of the loop so that you can check each order is up to scratch before it goes out to the customer - using companies like that I've had the wrong prints, bent corners, etc. before now and if they'd gone straight to the customer if would have reflected on me rather than the printing company.

As pxl8 points out if you don't get involved you run the risk of getting rubbish delivered to the client which might stop any future orders from that source.

Personally I use a gallery2 application on my web server where clients can order images and pay online using PayPal. I then get the images printed using my chosen supplier (Loxley Colour) and get them delivered to me before to check before forwarding t the client.

I use Lightbox Photo Gallery http://www.lightboxphoto.com/ - it's not free but is really easy to set up, the supports good and you can customise most of it to fit into your site (CSS skills required). I'd also advise against a solution that sends the prints straight to the customer without you seeing them first!

A second vote for gallery2 and the paypal pay option....or you could of course have them pay by cheque/cash
