Wedding photos...how long til prints?

First off, Hi all!! happy new year!

Secondly.....to you fabulous wedding togs, how long do you leave it after a wedding before you manage to send out prints? and also answering emails asking how relative can buy pictures off them?

I got married in october last year and the photos were on an online link a few weeks later but since my final payment and ordering of the prints we really wanted along with a quetsion about how the relatives could purchase some pics too I have not heard from my tog now I appreciate how busy togs are and tweaking etc takes time but just how long really should I give him:shrug: I really cant wait to have my photos as the ones we chose are gorgeous and its not the same looking at them online as it is to have them in your hand

I got my album around 3 months after my wedding. We chose our prints a month and a half after our wedding date and it took the same time again before we got our album. Took a bit of chasing but we got them eventually and delighted with them!

I supply online gallery within two weeks and then album proof within the month (after they've picked the shots)

His photos are awesome, they sold the venue to me and his photography skills

Get on the phone and ask for an update....you are not doing anything wrong at all and you should definitely not be scared to do so.

I'm not a wedding tog, but I am a consumer and 3 months is way too long imo. Call him. And be confident.

A few weeks to have a selection online to choose from and now 3 months or so for him to supply prints? My be a pro photographer but (IMO) that's not professional service! Polite letter asking him where they are now and a stronger (? solicitor ?) letter in a week or 2 if no satisfaction.
