Wedding photography - where do I stand?

I looked at my wedding photos taken 42 years ago and I could swear the groom wasn't me, I am to good looking.
 
seems like this has become a very imaginative thread.... find out the facts or hit the small claims court all this could have this and may have that is so much speculation.

The photographer concerned may even be a member of TP and a regular poster :-) it's not beyond the realms of possibility that he has read this thread.
