Wedding photography... FAIL.

The videographer is in a pretty strange place and angle.

I feel quite sorry for this guy - but as the say - make the most of when things go wrong. I would added that moment to the gallery - assuming all the other photos weren't destroyed right there and then.

Still though....that guy who was taking photos. Can you actually stand so close to the bride and groom like that- snapping flashes?! AS they walk down the aisle?! : S

I want to develop into wedding photography, but I am concerned I'm gonna do what this guy did, either full into a basin and get baptised, or look really annoying and in the way. :D

hhahaha I've seen this before, I love the way his mate goes to get the camera out of the water first !!!

haha

Oh god they are funny, i cringed so hard when he was throwing those cameras to the floor!! Hit me all you like but not the camera! Lol

Hahaahhaha...That is quality. Although funny as hell I don't wish that on any wedding photographer. Think it's time to shut up shop for that chappie, or change his name via interpole at least!!

his friend really knew what to save first. quickly got the camera out of water.......very helpful.....

Thats a big font! I recon the priest had that placed there just for that reason

Um yeah. I would expect an assistant to do that. Photographer isn't going to get any wetter, pics will certainly be OK, flashgun will be toast, camera and lens are at that point marginal. Save the stuff that can be saved ;)

Funny thing is the first time I saw this video it was shown by an insurance company to explain they would cover you if the "film" was ruined. Water is nothing to a CF card. http://www.thinkcamera.com/news/article/mps/uan/181
