Hi Guys,

My name is Brian I am based in Birmingham. I have shot a couple of weddings. I was wondering if any photographer will be willing to let me tag along to one of their weddings so I can be a 2nd shooter so I can gain more experience :D hehe...

How far do you want to travel?

I think a few photographers are the same as me and dont really have people come along to second shoot (not when i dont know the standard of there work anyway). Assisting is a little different, carry bags, hold lights, round up guests or what ever the photographer needs really. Gets you wedding experience and builds a relationship with a photographer who may allow you to second shoot in the future

Thanks for your reply. Very fair comment. Yea sure I don't mind that at all anything to help me get going I am always willing to accept.

I'm willing to travel anywhere within a reasonable distance from Birmingham (maybe not more than 2hrs 30min)
 
I have had a few people come along and assist me on a few to gain experience . I have a wedding on Thursday 21st June your welcome to join me on in Bucks as i have no assistant at the moment.

I also have weddings on Saturday the 23rd so i am sure there is a date you can join me on also.

All these offers are subject to evidence people are not total Muppets and have some people skills ha
